Moss Growing On Turtle

Will moss growing on turtles harm them? 3

I have a large aquarium with two red-eared gate valves. Recently, moss has been growing on rocks, etc. And I sing to see the moss grow on my turtle too. Does it harm the turtles? The filter keeps the water clean, so I don't know where it comes from. Please tell, whats the story of them big puppys ..... Thank you very much!

This is a good sign from Adam. You said the water is clean, which tells me that the ecosystem of your reservoir is working perfectly. Moss is a good symbol in two ways: 1. Moss helps maintain the ecosystem in your aquarium and 2. Turtles use moss on fish to hide from predators. At the moment, it's just a matter of whether or not you want to overwrite it. I suggest you keep moss inside to help with your tank environment. Also, make sure there is a dry place to arrive and light to relax. Otherwise, it looks like you've done a good job.

Kai is probably fine and will not harm the turtle in any way. If it bothers you, use an old toothbrush to remove it. You can use salt as an ingredient if you want. The best way to get rid of them is to encourage your turtles to warm up more frequently if you have a species that tends to warm up more often. You can also cut them by putting a tadpole in the tank. Tadpoles eat tadpoles and turtles can eat tadpoles.

I don't think I can hurt them ... Wild turtles have algae ... but since they are reared and I'm not sure about that, I know you can use a soft toothbrush S can be gently brushed. Inhibits algae development. You will need to do this permanently, but be warned that turtles have feelings.

Only use water with your toothbrush. In general, reptiles (and especially turtles) are very sensitive to soap.

It doesn't hurt at all, just look. You can clean it using a soft toothbrush. Is the tank in direct sunlight? This could lead to the rapid development of El. Best wishes and your turtle! :)

No, it won't hurt them, we're not interested in it, the turtles don't care. If you want to do what the first sign says, a toothbrush or soft cloth will work.

I'm very interested to know what kind of moss you are using to help your ecosystem. Please say!
