The Adderall XR is said to last up to 12 hours, but most people assume that it lasts longer than 68 hours. 10 mg is a low dose which you do not feel much when you are there and you do not know when you are off.
Regular release of Adderall lasts more than 35 hours, so it should be taken several times a day. But I think 10mg for a dose would be too much because you have to take it at least twice a day, so you will be taking Adderall XR.
