Most cricket machines come with a one year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. Cricket® Icon Smartphone comes with a two year warranty. Refurbished wireless devices are warranted for 90 days from the date of purchase.

You can sign up for Cricket Protect and activate it on the cricket network when you purchase a new eligible phone. You are insured against loss, theft, damage (including liquids) and malfunction. If your request is approved, you will receive a new or refurbished replacement device.
