Is Army 35N AIT difficult? 3

I'll send it to BCT soon, just trying to develop my AIT as 35N. Is there anything I can know without the help of a thyroid? I know most people say they can't talk much about it, but I've heard that the rate of loss is very high. It bothers me! I was scared because I didn't know what to expect. And what is its basis?
